This is a good idea! The ICDL is still relatively new outside the EU. For example China have only just broken 'free' of the ICDL-Asia group and formed their own computer society to run the ICDL. With China's massive surge into the Western World way of doing things I bet they have more people undertaking the qualifications in the next 12 months than the rest of the World put together!
