Learn about basic computing at wikibooks

Wikibooks is project that was started 2003 with the mission to create a free collection of open-content textbooks that anyone can edit. Since the founding, volunteers have written about 26,463 modules in a multitude of textbooks.

One interesting projects is the “Basic Computing Using Windows”. Reading this book you will get a basic knowledge on how to use your computer. You can read (and write) directly on the web or download it as a pdf.
