There are many ways to create a PDF but KoolWIRE is very convenient because you don’t need a installed program.Just attach as many documents of the following formats Word (.doc), Powerpoint (.ppt), Excel (.xls), Jpeg, GIF, Rich Text Format (.rtf), TXT and you have nicely converted PDF:s.

More web office applications
More and more web services help you create office documents directly on the Web. Earlier I wrote that Google Docs expands with Power Point.

Google docs expands with Power Point
Google are developing a new presentation software on the net. It’s still rumours but I’m glad that their expanding from Google Docs and Spreadsheet and adding Power Point.
Of course, the web versions aren’t as versatile as Microsoft Office in a long way. But there are other advantages, as for example accessibility and collaboration.

Google Docs & Spreadsheet
There are more and more web services for office software. My personal favourite is Google Docs & Spreadsheets. You are able to create, edit, share, store and publish documents without using your computers software. This is quite simple but I recommend you to have at least basic skills in some Word and Excel software.
